For EU and U.S. orders - yes, fully included. U.S. orders ship from our stateside warehouse with all taxes and duties paid. Orders outside the EU and U.S. ship DDU, which means local taxes or duties may apply on delivery.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product. Product must be in unused condition. Contact orders@holkoffical.com to initiate a return.
