For EU and U.S. orders - yes, fully included. U.S. orders ship from our stateside warehouse with all taxes and duties paid. Orders outside the EU and U.S. ship DDU, which means local taxes or duties may apply on delivery.
Return your order within 14 days after receiving for a full refund. Returns are free on pre-orders. Products must be unused and in resellable condition to be eligible for refund.
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use isopropyl alcohol on a microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive materials.
Solid 6063-T5 aluminum, CNC-milled from a single block. The color and finish are applied directly to the surface through surface treatment and anodization - not painted, not coated.
The anodization process naturally hardens the surface. With normal use it holds up well. Avoid contact with harder surfaces like keys or other metal objects.

We accept returns within 14 days on unused products in original packaging. Email orders@holkofficial.com to initiate. A return shipping and handling fee of 10–20 USD / EUR / GBP / CHF applies, depending on order size and location.
If a free item was received as part of a promotion, this will be charged if the charged item is returned without the free product.
Condition Requirements: Products must be in its original packaging with intact labels and protective adhesive labels and in resalable condition. Items showing any signs of wear, damage, or use will not qualify for a full refund.
Non-Qualifying Returns: If your returned product does not meet these requirements, we will notify you. You may choose to have the item shipped back to you at your expense. Otherwise, we will discard it and no refund will be issued.
Reach out within 24 hours of receiving. Our cases are hand-polished - minor variations in finish are normal. If you believe there is a functional or cosmetic problem with your product at the time of receiving it, please reach out to us immediately for a solution.
For all unclaimed packages, including refusal of delivery, you will be debited for all fees in connection with both delivery and the return delivery, including any applicable taxes and duties. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate contact information and address when placing the order, and is ultimately responsible for collecting the parcel in time. If for some reason you can't locate your order, we urge you to contact us at orders@holkofficial.com asap to find a resolution.
Do not start an investigation or claim as the receiver since we then are unable to assist you from our end.
Inquiries regarding any missing objects or other shipping issues have to be initiated within 90 days from shipping confirmation date.
