Holiday Express Shipping

What is the last order date to guarantee delivery before Christmas?

Orders must be placed by midnight (PST) on December 18th to qualify for our express shipping option and ensure delivery by December 24th.

Does this deadline apply to all locations?

While our express shipping generally delivers within 3 business days, some remote or hard-to-reach areas may experience slightly longer transit times. We recommend placing your order as early as possible if you live in such a location.

How do I know if my address is considered a remote location?

If you're unsure about your location, please contact our customer service team with your ZIP/postal code. We’ll let you know if additional time is needed.

What happens if my order is delayed?

We do everything we can to ensure on-time delivery. In the rare case of unexpected delays (e.g., severe weather, carrier issues), we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options to track or, if possible, expedite your shipment.

Do all products qualify for this express shipping offer?

All orders over our usual free shipping limit of 50 USD/ 50 EUR/ 500 SEK/ 50 GBP/ 70 AUD qualify for free express shipping.

How can I track my order once it ships?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on our website or the carrier’s site to monitor your order’s progress.

Can I update/change my shipping information after placing my order?

If you need to update your shipping or have concerns about delivery times, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order leaves our warehouse.

What if my gift won’t arrive by December 24th?

If, despite our efforts, your package is delayed, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to find a solution.

Will you extend the free express shipping promotion if my order can’t arrive by Christmas?

The free express shipping promotion ends at midnight on December 18th. However, we continue to ship as quickly as possible afterward. If you missed the cutoff, standard shipping and other expedited options remain available.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date on unused and unopened products.

Condition Requirements: Products must be in its original packaging with intact labels and protective adhesive labels and in resalable condition. Items showing any signs of wear, damage, or use will not qualify for a full refund.



Non-Qualifying Returns: If your returned product does not meet these requirements, we will notify you. You may choose to have the item shipped back to you at your expense. Otherwise, we will discard it and no refund will be issued.



Your refund will be processed once we’ve received and verified the product.



If a free item was received as part of a promotion, this will be charged if the charged item is returned without the free product.



To return products, email us at hello@holkofficial.com to initiate the return. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items unless otherwise specified.

Unclaimed packages

For all unclaimed packages, including refusal of delivery, you will be debited for all fees in connection with both delivery and the return delivery, including any applicable taxes and duties. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate contact information and address when placing the order, and is ultimately responsible for collecting the parcel in time. If for some reason you can't locate your order, we urge you to contact us at hello@holkofficial.com asap to find a resolution.

Inquiries regarding any missing objects or other shipping issues have to be initiated within 90 days from shipping confirmation date.

There is a problem with my case, what can I do?

Our cases are hand-polished, hence there will sometimes be slight difference when it comes to coloring or fittings of the different parts. If you believe there is a functional or cosmetic problem with your product at the time of receiving it, please reach out to us immediately for a solution. We need this feedback within 24 hours of receiving the product in order to provide accurate feedback to our partners.

Shipping Policy

When will you ship my order?

Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days, under normal conditions. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Sweden and EU:

Standard Shipping DDP with DHL or UPS Access Point: 3-5 business days.

US:
Standard Shipping DDU with USPS or UPS Access Point: 3-5 business days. Orders up to $800 are free of any import VAT or duties. No extra charges will incur. 

Rest of the World:
Standard Shipping with DHL or UPS Access Point: 3-8 business days. All non-EU orders are shipped DDU, meaning customers from these regions might be liable to pay tax and duty upon delivery.

Where do you ship?

We aim to offer worldwide shipping with a few exceptions. If you don't see your shipping country, send us an email at hello@holkofficial.com and we'll see what we can do.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free international shipping on orders over 500 SEK / 50 EUR / 50 USD / 50 GBP / 70 AUD

Orders within the European Union are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

United States: Orders up to $800 are free of any import VAT or duties. No extra charges will incur.

United Kingdom:
Orders up to 135 GBP are free of any import VAT or duties.

Australia:
Orders up to 1000 AUD are free of any import VAT or duties. No extra charges will incur.

For countries outside of the EU we ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) meaning you may be liable to pay tax and duty upon receiving your package. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying these costs before your item can be delivered.

What are your shipping options?

For most locations we offer three shipping options.

"Standard Access Point" means that the parcel will be shipped to the closest UPS, DHL or USPS access point to the address provided in the order. Normal shipping times are 3-5 business days. You should receive a separate notification from UPS or DHL to recover your parcel, but in case you don't you should be able to pick the order up with the four last digits of your tracking number together with your ID. Please reach out to hello@holkofficial.com if there are any issues.

"Home Delivery" means that the parcel will be shipped directly to the address provided in the order. Normal shipping times are 3-5 business days.

"Express 3 Day Delivery" means that the parcel will reach the address provided in the order within 3 business days from order date.

Is your packaging discrete?

We value your privacy. Therefor all our products are shipped in packages without any branding.

Can I change or modify my order?

We move as fast as we can to get your order on its way to you. If you need to change or cancel your order, send us a note at hello@holkofficial.com and we’ll do our best to see what we can do.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Klarna (only in certain regions).
