Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date on unused and unopened products. The product must be in the same new condition as when received. The product should be in its original packaging with intact labels and protective adhesive labels.


If a free item was received as part of a promotion, this will be charged if the charged item is returned without the free product.
To return products, email us at orders@holkofficial.com to initiate the return. A return shipping and handling fee of 10–15 USD / EUR / GBP applies, depending on order size and location. Your refund will be processed once we’ve received and verified the product.
