Where do you ship?
Worldwide, with a few exceptions. If you cannot find your location at checkout, write to hello@holkofficial.com and we will see what we can do. Shipping is free over 1499 SEK / 149 USD / 129 EUR / 119 GBP.
Are taxes and duties included?
For EU and US orders, yes, fully included. US orders ship from our stateside warehouse with all taxes and duties paid. Orders outside the EU and US ship DDU, which means local taxes or duties may apply on delivery.
How does pre-ordering work?
A pre-order reserves your piece from the batch in production. Pre-order items ship before October 14; everything else in stock ships in 3 to 5 days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and Klarna in selected regions.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast to get orders on their way, so write to orders@holkofficial.com as soon as you can and we will do what we can. The same goes for a wrong delivery address.
What happens to an unclaimed parcel?
For unclaimed packages, including refused deliveries, you will be charged for the delivery and the return delivery, plus any applicable taxes and duties. You are responsible for the address you enter and for collecting the parcel in time.
If you cannot locate your order, contact orders@holkofficial.com as soon as possible. Please do not open an investigation with the carrier yourself; we cannot help from our end once you do. Shipping issues have to be raised within 90 days of the shipping confirmation.
Is the case solid or coated aluminum?
Solid 6063-T5 aluminum, CNC-milled from a single block. The color and finish are applied directly to the surface through surface treatment and anodization.
Will it scratch?
Anodization hardens the surface, so it holds up well in normal use. Avoid carrying it against keys or other hard metal.
How do I clean it?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. For a deeper clean, use isopropyl alcohol on a microfibre cloth. Never use abrasives.
What fits inside?
Each chamber is fully cylindrical, 12 mm across and 110 mm deep. The round form holds the shape of whatever's inside without compression, pre-made or hand-made. Fits king size and everything smaller.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days on unused products in their original packaging. Email orders@holkofficial.com to start one. A return shipping and handling fee of 10 to 20 USD / EUR / GBP / CHF applies, depending on order size and location.
Products must arrive in their original packaging with labels and protective film intact, in resalable condition. Anything showing wear, damage or use does not qualify for a full refund. If a free item came with the order as part of a promotion, it is charged for when the paid item is returned without it.
If a return does not meet these requirements we will tell you. You can have the item shipped back at your expense; otherwise it is discarded and no refund is issued.
Something is wrong with my product.
Our cases are hand-finished, so small variations in the finish are normal, but if something is functionally or cosmetically wrong we want to hear about it straight away and we will find a solution. Please reach out to us immediately after receiving if anything is wrong with the order or product.
